The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required to remove and replace catch basins at various intersections around Downtown Santa Cruz. The scope also includes replacement of non-ADA compliant curb ramps with compliant ones, replacement of damaged curb and gutter, regrading, and paving. Additional work includes installation of a trench drain, storm drain connection, and storm manhole at Fire Station 1, as well as construction of two curb extensions and valley gutter at the Center x Union intersection. Bidders are instructed to submit their bids in hard copy at the Public Works Department, 809 Center Street, Room 201, Santa Cruz, California 95060. The bid must be in a sealed envelope plainly endorsed with the project name and number. Bidders must affirm they have checked for addendums, are authorized to sign and bind their organization, and the bid is not collusive or sham.
