Renewable Water Resources is seeking qualification packages from contractors with utility experience to provide construction and repair services for pump stations, sewer lines (gravity and force main), and Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) work. Contractors must have local capability, including staff and equipment, and demonstrated experience in this type of work. Submissions may cover one or more categories: Process (WRRFs), Conveyance (Pump Stations and Force Mains), Conveyance (Sewer Lines), Conveyance (Rehab), Instrumentation/Control Systems (WRRFs and Pump Stations), and Electrical (WRRFs and Pump Stations). Selected contractors may enter into one or more category-specific Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC), providing work as needed with a limit of $3,000,000 per project and no total expenditure cap. The contract term is three years, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. The approach may be design-bid-build or alternative delivery methods such as design-build or CMAR. There is no guarantee of work. ReWa may use various funding sources, and contractors must comply with corresponding requirements. Selection will be based on past performance, experience, personnel qualifications, time and budget management, creativity, workload, locality, and previous work with ReWa. No teaming of companies is permitted, and only one qualification package per company is required. Submissions must comply with page limits and formatting requirements.
