Snohomish County is seeking a Transfer Agreement with a qualified proposer to relocate, preserve, and reuse the Granite Falls Bridge 102, which is owned by Snohomish County. The bridge, built in 1935, is a 340-foot-long, 20-foot-wide structure recognized for its historical and engineering significance, particularly its 160-foot-long arched Pratt truss. The Department of Public Works seeks a qualified proposer for the relocation of the bridge to preserve as much of the bridge in its present condition and configuration as possible. Proposals will be evaluated on overall proposal, proposed bridge location, proposed schedule, financial strategy, key team members, and ability to adhere to submittal requirements. Proposals must be electronically submitted and digitally signed by an authorized representative. Bidders are to ensure compliance with federal EEO requirements and nondiscrimination clauses under ADA and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be provided full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on race, color, or national origin.
