Lewis County is seeking sealed proposals from qualified Debris Removal Firms to establish a Debris Removal Contract or Contracts. Proposals must demonstrate qualifications for debris removal, integrity, compliance with public policy, past performance, technical and financial resources, knowledge of Federal and State Grant Guidelines, firm experience, and capacity for performance. Firms should submit an original and five copies of their proposal, including a PDF saved on a jump drive or CD. Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the proposal opening date and time, and labeled “Debris Removal Proposal for #DR-4898HAUL.” Each page, all attachments, and the jump drive must be identified with the respondent’s name. No electronic or facsimile copies will be accepted.
