Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Crossville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are requested for Running Track Replacement at Stone Memorial High School, Cumberland County, Tennessee. Bids are to be submitted to the Cumberland County Finance Department. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond for 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Payment & Performance Bond for 100% of the contract price or provide other security as specified by state law. Bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Tennessee law, and must include their name and license number on the bid envelope. All construction forces on site must have met the State of Tennessee Background Check requirements. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The Bid Envelope Cover Sheet must be fully completed or the bid will be returned unopened. Late bids will not be opened.
