Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Crossville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of the 2023 CDBG Crossville ADA Greenway along the Little Obed River. Bidders are required to be licensed General Contractors, qualified for the type of construction being bid upon, and must comply with the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the State of Tennessee. Attention is drawn to the requirements regarding conditions of employment, minimum wage rates, and compliance with Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and Executive Order 11246. Each bidder must deposit security with their bid in the required amount and form. The owner reserves the right to waive informality or reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the opening date. Bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at Crossville City Hall.
