Project Length - 0.800 miles Total Contract Length - 5.910 miles A Prime Contractor must prequalify with The Department of Transportation in accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated 54-5-117 and Tennessee Department of Transportation Rule 1680-5-3, Prequalification of Contractors, before bid authorization for highway contracts will be furnished. Prime contractors, except mowing and litter removal contractors, are required to be licensed with the State of Tennessee, Department of Commerce and Insurance (TDCI), Board for Licensing Contractors (BLC).
