Contact the City of Crossville, Engineering Department via email for a PDF of the Plans and Specifications. Emails must include the company name and contact phone number. There is no charge for the PDF, but bidders are responsible for printing and copying of project documents. Hard copies may be obtained at the office of the City of Crossville, Engineering & Planning Department upon payment of $500.00 for each set. A pre-bid conference will be held for the bidders on the project. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to City of Crossville Engineering & Planning Department at 392 N. Main St., Crossville, Tn 38555 or email: don.cole@crossvilletn.gov and to be given consideration must be received at least five working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids being Thursday December 11, 2025. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which, if issued, will be mailed by certified mail with return receipt requested or emailed to all prospective bidders (at the respective addresses furnished for such purposes), not later than three working days prior to the date fixed for t h e opening of bids being Monday, December 15, 2025. Failure of any bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the contract documents.
