Tuckpointing and re-anchoring of masonry mortar joints, structural stabilization of retaining walls, and a small roof repair at Cedar Rock State Park. Contractors must provide qualifications and a portfolio of historical renovation work prior to award. 5. Construction of a new wood framed building for the commercial shooting range complex, alterations to two existing pole barns, and installation of a new portal sign at Cody Shooting Range. The work involves various structural, mechanical, and electrical components, with two alternates specified. 6. Maintenance and thin lift resurfacing of various roads and parking lots at Ledges State Park and Saylorville HQ/BWRS. Bidders must comply with all state and federal public improvement procurement laws. A bid security must accompany each bid, and if submitted electronically, the original must be mailed within five business days if awarded. Contractors must file an acceptable Performance Bond and certificate of liability insurance within thirty days of award. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the bid security.
