Not limited to, the scope of work includes the restoration, following a disaster (fire), of apartment 512 (5th floor). The apartment having been completely ravaged by flames, a complete reconstruction is required in accordance with the plans and specifications, including the partition walls (only on the side of apartment no 512) with the corridor as well as with the other apartments. 1.3 The work will be carriedmul out in a building that is part of a six-building lot. It comprises 213 units spread over 8 floors and is intended for a diverse clientele: families, couples, single people and elderly people. 1.4 During the work, the accommodation will be vacant. 2. DURATION OF THE WORK 2.1 According to the current planning, it is planned that work will start as soon as the letter of commitment is signed, but this date could be modified by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify an extra request from the successful bidder. 2.2 The work must be carried out within a maximum of 120 working days from the date confirmed in the letter of commitment for the start of the work.
