Description

Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center; and clubhouse / community center.

Upgrading the Pierre-Lorange swimming pool to meet current standards, as well as expanding and transforming the Hochelaga library into a community centre. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in fall 2026. Schedules for further project development are being finalized. Note. The firm Première équipe Architecture Inc awarded following the contract agreement 2025-026-GG/20099888 has completed the development of a functional and technical program (FTP) of the project.
