The Town of Wanatah, Indiana is requesting quotations from equipment suppliers/vendors for the supply of new equipment for the new Wastewater Treatment Plant Project. The request is limited to equipment only, not construction. Vendors are required to quote only on the specific equipment section they are interested in. The scope includes supplying and shipping the equipment to the specified address, providing start-up services, training, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranty. Vendors must include anticipated timeframes for shop drawing submission and delivery after approval. Payment terms are 90% net 30 days upon delivery and 10% upon successful start-up and training, with alternate terms to be specified if proposed. The equipment list comprises a circular clarifier (complete with bridge, handrails, weirs, baffles, troughs), surge/EQ basin pumps and controls, new blowers and controls, new aeration equipment (diffusers), new static screen, new sludge pump and control, new solids handling system (polymer feed and mixing equipment, dumpster with bagging system), a new effluent flow meter, and air lift pumps. Quotes must be sent by email by the specified deadline. Vendors are to direct questions via email to the named contact.
