The Town of Wanatah, Indiana is seeking quotes from Contractors for a new Pole Building as part of the new Wastewater Treatment Plant Project. The work includes all labor and materials to complete the pole building, with local funding in place. There are no specific labor requirements. The successful Contractor will be required to submit shop drawings and submittals upon receiving a purchase order. Pricing must include shipping to the project site at the Wanatah, Indiana WWTP, and the Town will not be responsible for unloading materials. Quotes must also include the Contractor's billing and payment terms. The quote is strictly for the building, including professionally stamped plans and truss design information. The building is to enclose the new wastewater treatment plant, which is being constructed under a separate contract, requiring the Contractor to coordinate with the WWTP General Contractor. Building requirements include compliance with IBC 2021 or latest, wind 90, wind exposure C, 30 psf snow load, 4/12 roof pitch, 2 x 4 purlins at 2-foot on center, bottom rim materials, and passage and sliding doors as shown on the plans.
