Site work and paving for a civil project in Merrill, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of the reconstruction of South Kyes Street between E Main Street and the River Bend Trail in the City of Merrill, Lincoln County, Wisconsin. Bids for this street and utility construction project will be accepted electronically through Quest CDN VirtuBid online bidding only. No paper bids will be accepted. Bid documents can be downloaded for a nonrefundable fee. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the owner and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Description of Work Bids will be received for the proposed work, which consists of the following major items. Remove existing pavement curb and gutter and concrete Replace water and sanitary sewer and storm sewer Crushed Aggregate Base Course Asphaltic Pavement Topsoil, seed and mulch Saw cut existing pavement Traffic Contro Question Deadline 03/09/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
