Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in West Linn, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of West Linn is soliciting proposals for commissioning services for the West Linn Operations Complex project. The project involves developing just over 7 acres of a nearly 30-acre site to support critical public works functions. The scope includes two primary buildings with offices, workshops, and storage bays, as well as a paved yard for bulk storage, truck circulation, fueling, and washout. The facility is designed for safety, seismic resilience, and energy efficiency, with the goal of enhancing emergency response readiness, reducing long-term operating costs, and relocating operations away from residential areas. Proposals will be used to compile a list of interested and qualified firms, who will be ranked according to procedures set out in the Request for Proposals document and the City's Local Contracting Rules. The City may reject proposals not in compliance with public bidding procedures and requirements. Proposers must certify non-discrimination in employment practices and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120. Compliance with Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board Policy is required. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
