The project involves the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of sanitary sewer lining, specifically including approximately 15,000 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer lining. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and in accordance with the Contract Documents. All prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for their bids to be accepted. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid amount. Bidders are required to provide performance and payment bonds of 100% of the bid amount. Proof of Responsibility must be submitted as specified. The contract requires compliance with applicable federal requirements, including domestic preference for iron and steel products as outlined by Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Village of Turtle Lake.
