Site work for a civil project in Mount Shasta, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to Remove and Replace septic tank and four inches (4") sewer main, connect sewer main to existing sewer distribution system, and place six inches (6") steel casing across drainage ditch and other miscellaneous work. Construction shall be completed within THIRTY (30) WORKING DAYS following the official "Notice of Start Date" from CDFW to the Contractor to commence construction. CDFW may approve additional working days for delays caused by unexpected events or circumstances including but not limited to supply chain disruption and inclement weather. Contractor must advise Contract Manager IN WRITING of any unexpected events or circumstances and obtain CDFW approval for any time extension. License Required: A - General Engineering Contractor, or B - General Building Contractor, or C-42 - Sanitation System Contractor Bid date notes: All bids must be submitted under sealed cover and sent to California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW). The bid must be received by the date and time shown in Section C. Bid Requirements and Information, Item 1. Key Action Dates on page 3. The sealed cover must be plainly marked with the IFB number and title, must show your firm name and address, and must be marked with "DO NOT OPEN", as shown in the following example: (IFB Number) (IFB Name) (Agency Name and Address) DO NOT OPEN Bids not submitted under sealed cover may be rejected.
