As of April 27, 2026 project was awarded to Kartechner Brothers LLC., awarded amount is $438,753.68 Project involves approximately 4,950 SY of parking lot reconstruction including removal of asphalt (milling), concrete, curb and gutter, sidewalk; 1,145 tons of asphaltic pavement; concrete curb and gutter; concrete sidewalk; approximately 360 LF of 10-Inch water main, 145 LF of 12-Inch water main installation including valves and miscellaneous appurtenances; approximately 346 LF of 12-Inch storm sewer and 96 LF of 18-Inch storm sewer installation including manholes, catch basins, and miscellaneous appurtenances; pavement markings; lighting; erosion and sediment control measures, surface restoration, cleanup, and miscellaneous appurtenant facilities required to complete construction. Final quantities will be listed in Bid Form. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to City of Beaver Dam in an amount of 5% of BIDDER's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Bidder is required to upload a copy of the Bid security to QuestCDN.com and deliver the original certified check or bid bond within 48 hours after close of bid to Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. City of Beaver Dam reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
