Manchester Water Works seeks bids from qualified firms to provide new installation of approximately 720 square feet of concrete walkways and all related work as specified for a dedicated pedestrian route from the parking area to the Training Center building. The Board of Water Commissioners reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that appears to be in the best interest of Manchester Water Works. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification.
