**As of March 18, 2026, the project was awarded to Jordan Valley Construction, with an awarded amount of $286,745.81.** CDBG grants are being used to make safety and infrastructure improvements in the Franklin and Foothills neighborhoods. Improvements include but are not limited to replacing existing sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway, and the installation of new ADA pedestrian ramp. The location of the work is: 1250 E / 700 N - 820 N, 600 W / 100 S - 400 S, 700 W / 100 S - 400 S, 800 W / 100 S - 400 S For information about the Construction Contract, contact Kaehan Shour, Project Engineer at (801) 852-6747.
