It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.Deadline to submit Questions Feb 26th 2026, 5:00 PM MST Provo City is accepting fixed-bid proposals for design, construction and installation of parking awnings in the Police Department's surface lot for in-service police vehicles. This project involves installation of two banks of awnings, one covering eight spaces and one covering five spaces, approximately 2340 square feet, all within an enclosed lot. The project location is at the Provo City Center building at 445 W Center Street, Provo Utah. The installed structure should meet or exceed the following specifications: - Cantilever design with rear structural support and no forward ground support -Snow load rating - 30 lbs./sf - Wind gust rating - 115 mph - Minimum of 7' head height clearance (IBC 406.2.2). - Lighting and electrical components to comply with the Utah Electrical Code 2020 (NFPA 70) - Lighting and receptacle outlets suitable for outdoor installation and ground fault protection (GFCI) per Chapter 210.8. - Color matched to existing building features
