The requested services include the completion of a space utilization guide for potential future expansion of the building. The City of Eastpointe is seeking professional master planning services from a qualified and experienced consultant for the Eastpointe Memorial Library, located at 15875 Oak Avenue, south of 9 Mile Road and east of Gratiot Avenue. The Library is 13,000 square feet and provides services for the residents of Eastpointe and the surrounding communities. Programs occur regularly in the Library proper and in the Community Room. These include events for children, teens, and adults. Programs include story times, book clubs, cooking classes, local history presentations and more. The Library is a place for people to come for meetings, to use resources such as books, newspapers, the Library of Things, and audio-visual materials, as well as being a place where individuals can study, work on projects, or read by themselves or in groups.
