The project involves the Primeau Place Reclad Project at 308 14th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112. The scope of work includes replacing the exterior building envelope and siding, replacement of exterior doors and windows, and completing energy-efficient upgrades. These upgrades consist of interior lighting replacement and the installation of an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) and Ductless Heat Pump (DHP) heater in 53 apartment units.
