Renovation of a stadium in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,740-square-foot stadium.
The project includes the following work: The project includes the renovation of the existing Visitor Locker Room at Alaska Airlines Arena at Hec Edmundson Pavilion to provide a revised locker room layout with upgraded interior finishes and new all-gender toilet and shower rooms. The existing occupancy classification and primary use of the space shall remain unchanged. Prevailing wage rates and Mandatory 15% apprentice requirements apply to this project Participation may be on a direct basis in response to this invitation to bid, or as a subcontractor or supplier. The University of Washington has set an overall aspirational goal of 20% BEE utilization, inclusive of 15% minority and women-owned business utilization across our public works program.
