Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Seattle, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

King County requests proposals from firms interested in providing architectural and engineering services for the HMC NJB 3T MRI Project. The scope of work is outlined in Attachment 1. Proposers shall submit their proposals according to the process, time, and date specified. Late proposals will not be accepted or considered. King County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at any time and may cancel the procurement at any stage, even after the issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award. The County also reserves the right to reject any proposer found to be debarred by any local, state, or federal agency. All costs incurred in the preparation and participation in this RFP and negotiation process shall be borne by the proposing firms.
