The Questions Submittal Due Date for Solicitation No. 6033 the Primeau Place Reclad Project is extended to 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 24, 2026. The project involves the Primeau Place Reclad Project at 308 14th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112. The scope of work includes replacing the exterior building envelope and siding, replacement of exterior doors and windows, and completing energy-efficient upgrades. These upgrades consist of interior lighting replacement and the installation of an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) and Ductless Heat Pump (DHP) heater in 53 apartment units. Contractors are instructed to refer to the drawings and specifications for complete details. Instructions to bidders include submitting sealed bids with a surety company bid bond or a certified or cashiers check for a sum not less than five percent of the total bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after submission. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend one of the scheduled pre-bid site visits at the project location. Bid documents, including plans, specifications, addenda, and planholders list, are available online. Bids are subject to state law and possibly federal funding requirements. Social equity contract requirements apply, with encouragement for participation from minority-owned, women-owned, socially and economically disadvantaged, HUD Section 3, veteran-owned, and small businesses. The right is reserved to cancel the invitation, waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
