Sanitary Sewer System Improvements for the Town of Hobson City, Alabama. The project is being funded by SRF Project No: FS010939-01 and will require DBE documentation from the low, responsive, responsible bidder no later than 10 days after the bid opening. Bid checks should be mailed to the Montgomery office. The entire Project Manual should not be submitted with the bid. Do not staple any portion of the bid, all documents should be submitted unbound. Instructions to bidders include downloading the Plan Order Form from the Additional Bid Documents Tab, completing the form, and returning it via email to Ashley.Nobles@gmcnetwork.com with a scanned copy of the plan deposit check. The check should be mailed to the Montgomery, AL office of GMC. No credit cards are accepted. Document Notes : Said cost represents the cost of printing, reproduction, handling, and distribution, therefore no refund will be granted.
