Area 2 is from East of Peak Innovation Parkway up to the Colorado Springs airport terminal deck and then from the terminal deck back to Peak Innovation. Area 3 is the arrivals and departures decks in front of the Colorado Springs airport terminal. The scope of work will include minor and major crack repairs, a 2.5-inch asphalt mill and 4.5-inch overlay of the existing roadway, isolated areas of full depth asphalt removal and replacement, concrete full depth repairs, concrete panel replacement, and ADA improvements and final pavement marking. The contractor shall be responsible for all traffic control, permitting and overall project coordination with the engineer and airport throughout construction.
