Sealed bids are being requested for 2500 tons, more or less, of Limestone Nos: 4, 8, 9, 57, 304, 411 (pricing to be specified according to Ashland County Specs and also without specs) and #9 grit. Delivery is required either to the Ruggles Township Garage on US Rt. 224 or to road construction sites on demand. Bids must include the cost of the stone and trucking, and pricing must remain valid until February 28, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of Worker’s Compensation and insurance, and sign a hold harmless agreement. All bids must be clearly marked as “STONE BIDS” on the envelope and sent to the Ruggles Township Board of Trustees at 275 CR 1171, Nova, OH 44859 or received at the meeting. Bids must be received by 7:00 p.m. March 23, 2026. The trustees retain the right to reject any and all bids.
