the Town of East Windsor, Connecticut shall accept sealed bids for the: IMPROVEMENTS AND REPAIRS TO BROAD BROOK RESERVOIR DAM The work includes the removal of the existing intake structure and installation of a new structure; filling in the existing low level outlet pipe and manhole with flowable fill and installing a new low level outlet pipe on the left side of the dam; installing a riprap approach channel on the upstream side of the new intake structure; installing a new endwall with an adjacent riprap stilling basin at the discharge end of the low level outlet pipe; installation and maintenance of sedimentation and erosion controls; water handling during construction and appurtenant work. The Contractor will be responsible for supplying all new materials and disposing of all materials to be removed.
