The City of Toledo TDOT/ Road and Bridge Maintenance is seeking a maintenance contract for maintaining the decorative and navigation lights on the High-Level Bridge. This bid does not guarantee that the contractor will be requested to supply labor, material, or equipment. A copy of the original LED Lighting plans and specifications are included in the bid documents. Bids for this project will be accepted via e-bid through the City of Toledo’s PlanetBids portal. Bid submittals or other transmissions of information are not complete until an email confirmation of the transmission has been issued by PlanetBids. Bid prices shall be to two decimal places (i.e. $0.00). Only one price per line item will be accepted. In order to be responsive, all bids must have the following uploaded with submittal in PlanetBids: • Construction Project Paperwork • Line Items • Bid Guaranty (bid bond or certified check / cashier’s check on a solvent bank) • Signed Contract by the Vendor • Child Support Affidavit • Bureau of Worker’s Compensation Certificate • Insurance Certificate, naming the City of Toledo as an additional insurer • Work plans for each bid item • Contractor and Journeymen qualifications + Previous projects list
