To the extent any work covered by a Contractors construction contract for the Project entails work beyond the historical definition of construction work, including but not limited to off-site fabrication, assembly, insulation, skids, modules, manufacture and related preparatory work, all Contractors agree to pay their employees not less than the wage and fringe benefit rates set forth in the applicable local collective bargaining agreement. Any such work to be subcontracted shall only be subcontracted to contractors who pay their employees for such work at wage and fringe benefit rates not less than those set forth in the applicable local collective bargaining agreement.
