For the Perimeter Security Camera Project. The Bid Package Includes All Supervision, Materials, Labor, and Equipment for the Perimeter Security Camera Project. Work Shall Consist of a Perimeter Security Camera & Radar Installation, 8 Surveillance Cameras and 1 Surveillance Radar Unit. The owner may reject any and all bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason additional site visit note: Access to the site(s) to be coordinated with the Security Department prior to starting work. A gate opener and/or key fob shall be obtained from The Toledo Zoo's Security Department for a $250.00/each deposit to operate the Zoo's gates. All gate openers must be returned prior to release of final payment. 3. The access route through zoo property must be kept clean at all times. The zoo will open to the public during the working hours for this project. Any soil or other construction debris that falls off of equipment or delivery vehicles outside of the limits of work must be cleaned up immediately. Contractor is to park in the assigned area nearest scope of work. The contractor is limited to one vehicle parked on zoo grounds. Other contractor vehicles will be parked in the Toledo Zoo annex parking lot on Broadway across from the Toledo Zoo Administration Building, 2605 Broadway. Requests to park an additional vehicle for installation purposes must be approved by the Security Department. Parking on the streets around the zoo or in adjacent neighborhoods or on zoo service drives is not acceptable. 5. The zoo is open to the public from 10:00am to 5:00pm. All deliveries, and other equipment or other vehicles accessing the site during this time must be escorted to/from the nearest Toledo Zoo electric gate closest to the scope of work to/from the limits of work by contractor with two walking escorts, one leading the vehicle, and one following.
