Renovation of a multi-residential development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are being accepted for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, and for performing all work necessary and incidental for Elevator Modernization at Hillside Terrace. Pre-bid inspections are scheduled, and walk-throughs are highly recommended for all bidders, including General Contractors, Elevator Contractors, and MEP Subcontractors. Technical questions regarding plans, specifications, and scope of work may be directed to the assigned consulting contact. Administrative questions regarding bidding and contract requirements, as well as requirements for Emerging Business Enterprises (EBE) and Section 3, may be directed to the designated administrative contacts. Where appropriate, bidders must comply with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements as detailed in the contract documents. This is a Section 3 Covered Contract. Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to respond.
