Site work for a civil project in Lumberton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.

The Project includes the following Work: Removal and reinstallation of railroad, ballast and ties for installation of two (2) - 60 LF long 7' x 4' box culverts with concrete headwalls. Installation of bioswale and native grasses planted along existing channel. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
