Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kane, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; educational facility; and educational facility.
The Kane Area School District will receive bids for Auditorium Lighting Replacement at the Kane Area Elementary/Middle School and the Kane Area High School. It is the intent to enter into a single contract at each building or a single combined contract for both buildings. Bids shall conform with Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers. Bidders who contact the Sharon office of HHSDR will receive a public link to the Contract Documents. No hard copies will be distributed and no deposit is required. Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check, payable to Kane Area School District, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents. Building Addresses are as follows: a. Kane Area High School: 6965 Rt. 321, Kane, PA 16735. b. Kane Area Elementary/Middle School: 400 West Hemlock Ave., Kane, PA 16735.
