It is a demo of existing and then a new construction for an office. Construction Documents may be emailed or sent electronically from MKR Architects: A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the following location: There will be no pre-bid meeting at the facility. Each GC shall schedule a time with Michael Rempel or Dave Suski to complete a site inspection walk-through. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Work of this Contract comprises the general construction required for the new Seneca Resources building at 5601 Route 6, Kane, PA 16735 B. The Work includes, but is not limited to some site, structural, architectural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. C. The work of this Project is shown on the Drawings and described in the various Sections of the Invitation to Bid and specifications in the drawings. D. The Drawings and Specifications are complementary and what is required by anyone shall be as binding as ifrequired by all. E. The Project consists of the following: 1. New Water Treatment and Chemical storage building addition.
