Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The State of Wyoming Department of Administration & Information, General Services Division, is requesting bids for purchasing, direct replacement, installation, and programming of the State Library VFD's (variable frequency drive) for hot water pumps, two (2) total. Work will be conducted by properly licensed and certified electrical and/or HVAC personnel. This license shall be submitted with the bid. Work will be conducted at the State Library located at 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming. VFD's TWO (2) TOTAL: ABB Model ACH 550-VCR_04A1-4+F267 Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. Bidding questions must be submitted on the Public Purchase website by the specified deadline. It is the bidder's responsibility to review the Public Purchase website for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. It is the contractor's responsibility to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid must have a bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming, or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. Only original checks or bonds will be accepted if submitted; copies are not allowed, and all required documents must be received by the Procurement Office by the bid deadline. All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system by the stated deadline. Incomplete or late submissions will be deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. Registration on the Public Purchase website is required to participate. Question Deadline 03/19/2026 at 1:00 PM MT All questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase online bidding system. All questions will be answered by the agency by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026. Only the written answers or official addenda posted officially to Public Purchase, on or before March 20, 2026, are the official position of the Agency and these answers shall become part of the Request for Bid.
