The City is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide engineering services to support Phase 2 implementation of its Lead & Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) program in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) LCRI and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) requirements. Phase 2 work includes implementation support, regulatory compliance, and engineering evaluation based on completed Phase 1 planning and data collection. The selected firm or firms will update the initial service line inventory to include lead connectors, use field investigation results for statistical analysis or predictive modeling to classify unknown service line materials, integrate the City's GIS system with the service line inventory to avoid duplicate work, and provide a data management platform to track all required LCRI tasks.
