Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,621-square-foot water / sewer project; and 400-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Question Deadline 03/19/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project consists primarily of the following scope of work: 1. Construction of a new Electrical Building with approximate dimensions of 20' x 20'. 2. Installation of HVAC for the new Electrical Building. 3. Site work related to the installation of the new building and electrical equipment. 4. Provision of a new panelboard, transformer, and associated circuiting. 5. New circuiting to support a relocated motor control center. 6. Installation of Owner-supplied equipment, including a 1,500kVA transformer, 1,600A automatic transfer switch, 1,600A main circuit breaker, and 1,600A motor control center. 7. Installation of a new 35kV gang operated air break switch on the existing structure. 8. Replacement of existing exhaust fans and starters in the existing pump room. Bidders are advised that the Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents.
