Site work for a communication facility in Springfield, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a 2,200-square-foot communication facility.
The work consists of furnishing and installing a prefabricated telecommunications structure and performing related site improvements. Sealed bids are invited from licensed contractors. Bids and bid bonds must be addressed to the City of Springfield and may be submitted either as a paper copy in a sealed envelope or electronically as a PDF attachment via email. The bid must include a statement that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will comply with Oregon state prevailing rates of wage under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The successful contractor is required to provide 100% performance and payment bonds and must be licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board as a commercial general contractor level 1. This contract is subject to Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate Law.
