Award: PCiRoads, LLC for $4,198,198.28 The project is for Goodhue County Highway and involves concrete paving work. The major items of work include placing shoulder base aggregate class 5 (5,029 tons), dowel bars (19,840 each), 7.0" concrete pavement (75,907 square yards), type SP 12.5 wearing course mix (4,893 tons), and installing 4" perforated PE pipe drain (40,246 linear feet). Only registered planholders are allowed to submit a bid for the project. Registration and digital project documents are available at the provided online bidding site, and there is no cost to register or download the project documents. Bids must be submitted electronically using bidVAULT, and no hard copy bids will be accepted. Instructions for electronic bid submission are available on the bidVAULT website. There is a $25 fee to submit a bid. Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Goodhue County. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive defects.
