**As of June 23rd, 2026, the owner has selected Carollo Engineers, Inc as Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” Proposals and qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") to provide, without limitation, material, labor, equipment, supervision, and other services (the Work) for its CLEAR CREEK WATER RECLAMATION PLANT. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Questions must be submissions by deadline via online only (no emails/no phone calls) The City will be using a one-step selection process in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, to select a single entity to provide pre-construction and construction services, using a Construction Manager at Risk contract. Local, minority and small business vendors are encouraged to submit proposals. The City reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal and make an award to the proposal deemed most advantageous.
