Sealed bids will be received for the FY2027 Streetscape Contract #PW26-02-64. Bids will be accepted electronically through the City of Springfield Bid Portal or via mail courier. Bids must include bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, bank money order, or satisfactory bid bond amounting to five percent (5%) of the base bid amount. Proposals will be opened at the specified time and location. No proposals will be accepted after the deadline. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Plans and specifications are available for download on the City of Springfield's website or from the City Purchasing Department.
