Renovation of an industrial development in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,320-square-foot industrial development.
Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of the Pacific Street Operations Center Fleet Building Improvements EF-198 Project. The scope of work includes a base bid for a 13,320 SF membrane roof replacement. Alternate bids may include replacement of existing gas radiant heaters with electric radiant heaters, installation of new 5k unit heaters, a new vehicle fluid distribution system, and a new vehicle exhaust system. All proposals must be submitted on the bid proposal form provided and be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order, or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and interested parties are invited to a voluntary pre-bid site visit. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights.
