Site work and paving for a road / highway in Newark, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for the resurfacing of Prescott Neighborhood Roads in Newton Township, Licking County, Ohio. The project consists of milling and resurfacing with 1.25 inches of Item 441 Asphalt Concrete Surface Course, Type 1, (448), PG64-22. Work is to be performed in the Prescott neighborhood, including Prescott Estates and Montclair Addition subdivisions, specifically on Parana Dr., Flamingo Dr., Cypress Bend, Cypress Dr., Tupelo Ln., and Knollwood Dr. Construction must begin prior to June 30, 2026 and be completed by August 14, 2026. Bidders must be listed as a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. To be added to the Plan Holders' List, bidders must email company and contact information as specified. Bids from those not on the Plan Holders List may be considered non-responsive. The Township reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, waive technical requirements, and accept the lowest responsible bid. Any changes or updates will be posted on the Township website.
