Licking county request for qualifications for construction manager at risk (cmar) for licking county's 1876 historic courthouse plunbing and restroom upgrade/modernization project the licking county board of commissioners is soliciting a request for qualifications (rfq) to hire a professional firm/company to serve as a cmar to work cooperatively with the owner and architect/engineer, and which will provide, among other items, cost estimating, budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, construction scheduling, construction phasing, and preconstruction planning for the plumbing upgrade/ modernization project in the historic 1876 licking county courthouse and other related areas of the courthouse for the licking county commissioners office. The "Bids/rfp" button on the top right of the commissioner's office screen. The board has the sole discretion to determine the qualifications that is most advantageous to the county. The licking county board of commissioners reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject any and all qualifications. Removing, and/or repairing: o Vent stacks (as needed) o Removal of galvanized supply lines to toilets, sinks, hot water heaters and some areas have mop sinks. o Ground floor restrooms, update pipe chase with ball valves and remove old gate valves. Remove old carriers and install new ADA carriers and toilets. Upgrades/Modernization/Additions New ADA toilets, urinals and sinks New ADA stalls, painting walls, ceilings and new flooring. Upgraded lighting New exhaust fans. Mirrors as needed. New (Public Men's and Woman's on ground floor only) Child changing stations.
