Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 Roadside Mowing Program. Sealed envelopes containing bids must be addressed to the Licking County Commissioners and must have the project name endorsed on the outside of the envelope. Complete specifications, including contract and proposal forms and full information for bidders, may be obtained from the Licking County Engineer’s Office or the Licking County website under bid/RFP items. Bidders submitting bids in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) must submit a bid surety in compliance with ORC Section 307.88. The Board reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid or, if deemed not in the best interest, to accept another proposal or reject all proposals and advertise for other bids. The Board also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
