Site work for a water / sewer project in Newark, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

1. This Project includes the relocation of existing sanitary sewer as required for future bridge replacement project and associated channel restoration. 2. Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, the General Contract, which will cover all scopes of work necessary to construct the Project. 3. The Contractor awarded the General Contract (General Contractor) will be responsible for the performance and coordination of any and all subcontractors and suppliers either directly or indirectly contracted with the General Contractor. 4. Owner will provide Bidders access to the Project site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes, clean up, and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and Owner's policies relative to excavation and utility locates. The total estimated construction cost for the base bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $135,000
