The Licking County Commissioners are seeking qualifications for a variety of Engineering and Architectural Services over the next twelve months in connection with, but not limited to, projects involving any or all of the following: building construction, demolition, masonry and similar projects; infrastructure including, but not limited to, roads, bridges, water or wastewater utilities; and/or, assessment and remediation of environmental issues. Firms interested in being considered to provide required services should reply with a statement of qualifications. Statement of Qualifications should include information on the firm's history; education and experience of owners and key technical personnel; technical expertise of the firm's current staff; firm's experience in performing Engineering Studies, Design Build Services, Energy Service Performance Contract, Construction Management At-Risk Services, Construction Administration, and Construction Observation, including any ODOT pre-qualifications; availability of staff; firm's equipment and facilities within proximity of Licking County; references; and any previous work performed for Licking County. Submissions must include one original Statement of Qualifications and one thumb drive. Envelopes should be clearly marked “RFQ – Professional Services” and submitted to the address provided.
